After a few quests A Tempered Blade / Save A Friend is offered which grants you the Nazjatar world quests. Once you play through the discovery of Nazjatar and the Heart of Azeroth Essence System in Silithus, you're tasked to go to Highmountain then the story leads you back to Nazjatar. There's also an account level criteria is to reach friendly reputation with your faction's three zone reps: Storm's Wake, Proudmoore Admiralty and Order of Embers for Alliance, and Voldunai, Zandalari Empire and Talanji's Expedition for Horde on one character. However, their ruler, King Mechagon has gone too far recently: Sought to 'cure' his gnomes from the curse of flesh, he pursuits a vision to turn anyone of flesh into more pure robotic parts in order to restore their ancient titanic race. In this society the prestige is determined by the amount of robotic parts you have. Highly interested in robtics and tinkering engineering, these gnomes have a trend to replace parts of their body with mechanical parts. It turned out the signal is transmitted by a gnomish society called themselves the Mechagnomes.
